Pros (+) Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent with a few cold and warm options. Location is great, right next to the Ekkamai BTS station

Cons (-) We booked to stay for 2 adults, 1 child. It was confusing as when the confirmation was received, we had to pay for an extra bed for the child. There was no sleeper couch. We ended up pushing 2 couches together for the child to sleep on but were charged extra for bedding and towels for the child

Cons (-) I was not informed in advance that the pool, for which I selected the hotel, is out of service. I was not offered any additional discount after receiving this information. I consider this to be an unethical business practice.

Pros (+) Great hotel - middle of Ekkamai - I never had time for the breakfast or gym - really simply used the place to sleep and rest. Enjoyed it though and was treated exceptionally well by all staff.

Had a very weird situation at the checkout, which was absolutely unpleasant, stressful and unnecessary because i didn't do anything against the rules.
