Pros (+) Accessibility to MOA, the Seaside, and Ayala Manila. Complimentary snacks in the minibar.
Cons (-) The pool, like most hotels, should be open 24 hrs in my opinion. There should also be a late night after-hours for cocktails and socializing given the area. TV entertainment was dated. Where's Netflix, Disney+, Amazon, etc? Other than the Casino, there wasn't much to do.

Pros (+) There was a problem with the bidet which produces a noisy sound but other than that, the room was perfect for an overnight stay.

The staff was friendly, attentive, understanding, polite and accommodating. The location is ok, but not great, being within a short drive to Mall of Asia and the airport. Cons (-) Be careful if trying to use a banking card that serves as both a debit and credit card. This property prefers straight-up credit cards. The issue was resolved, but communication could have been better. Beware of the location also. It's a great property, but might not be a prime location for exploring Manila itself. I had the most amazing birthday celebration at Nuwa Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel special, even surprising me with a birthday cake. The room was beautiful and relaxing. I truly enjoyed the luxurious atmosphere and top-notch service. Highly recommended. See you again. God bless us all
