Pros (+) I'm a gym addict and liked their gym - proper for a hotel. Staff was professional and helpful. The room was huge for Japan standards and very clean. Great stay overall, also in terms of location.

Pros (+) Really nice spacious apartment, really liked how it was decorated and it looked new. It had everything you needed including a washing machine with detergent. Every day we had cleaning services. We also requested a baby cot and we have received a very nice and comfortable one. The hotel also had a common kitchen area with a vending machine for drinks as well as a kid’s playroom.
Cons (-) Even though overall we had space, with the baby cot in the bedroom, it became a bit tight. Location was good overall but it was around 10-15 minutes to walk to a main subway station.

Pros (+) It was an spectacular stay, clean , great location , staff very helpful & convenient. I loved how each floor had its own water dispenser & vending machine. Room size was perfect (premium double room) 6th floor seating are is very good idea , 5th floor children play room and self laundry machines that don’t need to add soap or detergent. 4th floor gym . Did not try the food in the hotel though.

Pros (+) Location was perfect. At the heart of Osaka and yet on a quiet zone. Minutes away from main attraction. Room was spacious and sunny. Crib for the baby was great too.
