Pros (+) It was an spectacular stay, clean , great location , staff very helpful & convenient. I loved how each floor had its own water dispenser & vending machine. Room size was perfect (premium double room) 6th floor seating are is very good idea , 5th floor children play room and self laundry machines that don’t need to add soap or detergent. 4th floor gym . Did not try the food in the hotel though.

Pros (+) Location was perfect. At the heart of Osaka and yet on a quiet zone. Minutes away from main attraction. Room was spacious and sunny. Crib for the baby was great too.

Pros (+) Breakfast was very good with good variety of choice. Room was a decent size. We had 2 single beds and they were very comfortable. The bathroom size was adequate. The location was excellent. We have No complaints.

Pros (+) Very well cleaned, quiet and comfortable with all amenities included and spacious enough. The location was very good. Close to metro, as well as very cute bars and restaurants. Exactly what we were looking for.
Cons (-) Would have loved a coffee machine in the room, however the coffee from the lobby was decent.

Cons (-) There was a weird smell in the bathroom. It was off putting. I wish they had a nicer free coffee maker in the lobby.
