Pros (+) Location was great, the front office staff were all kind and helpful, and the room was spacious. All in all it was a good experience.
Cons (-) The room was not serviced properly. Towels and bedsheets were changed daily but bathrooms were not cleaned daily, trash bins were not emptied daily, and even after we complained, nothing changed. Plus when we checked in to the room the curtains and carpets were stained.

Pros (+) The hotel is located right next to the Dubai Internet City metro station which is really convenient. The apartment was clean, and it was cleaned every day during our stay. The gym and the pool area could be a bit bigger, however they are still there, so overall wonderful experience.
Cons (-) We needed to ask for a hair dryer, but it was delivered shortly. Seemed kinda weird that it wasn’t in the bathroom.
