It's at the center of Iloilo City proper. It's in a building with some other establishments but the hotel has its own entrance. There's an SM (dept. store, supermarket, and some shops) nearby.

The hotel is in a great location downtown. It is easy to get a taxi to anywhere or to walk to most placed downtown. We even enjoyed walking to farther places and malls in the Diversion Rd. The staff is kind and responsive. The room size is very good. Good beds. It is very convenient to have free laundry facilities in the hotel.

Perfect location if you want to be in the middle of the Dinagyang celebration! The only gripe I have was the quality of the drinking water they have at the room - tasted too strongly of chlorine. Wifi could also be faster.

Despite the convenient location and excellent staff, the cleanliness and facilities fell short. The walkability and view were exceptional, but housekeeping and garden maintenance could be improved. Overall, a decent stay with some room for enhancement.
