Perfect five star property - it was all a little pricey though for the extras …
We took their recommendation to try their “fine dining” Turkish restaurant- this was a big disappointment - it was all too fussy for me. I am not really a fine dining fan so it was always an uphill fight to get me to like it - I didn’t - wines were limited and far too expensive and food was OK but that was it
Everything was so perfect
I love everything about the property nothing I can change
The breakfast spread was excellent, more like brunch. All the staff were courteous, attentive, and helpful, especially the concierge (Sinan Benzonana) and the waiter at Akdeniz (Samet).
The menu at Gazebo can be more varied and international.
The location and the magical atmosphere of the hotel were absolutely stunning. Staff were amazing in general and ms. Maya from housekeeping was extremely helpful.
Food quality could be a bit better (in-room dining service).
Clean, staff were so kind and accomodating, beautiful views. The palace itself is massive! So much to explore and see. Could’ve easily stayed there for a week!

Beautiful hotel, situated by the Bosphorus. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of delicious food.
Everything was spectacular! The service was the best we have experienced and the location is great.

The Ciragan doesn’t fail in delivery. From the start you are doused with attention. The check in was seamless although when the Clark gave us options of other rooms we thought we were being upgraded a good marketing strategy it was not appreciated for such and establishment .
