The staff and food were amazing, room was clean and beautiful.
Everything about the property is serene and pristine without the stuffiness. The staff is warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, the price for a family with multiple kids weeds out most people. The cost per night for the experience is the equivalent in price to a night on a chartered yacht with a full crew and entertaining deck hand. It’s worth it as a bucket list item to save up for.
The butler just showed up uninvited and we really didn’t need his services. The regular staff is so attentive.
So happy that TNT finally opened. Its a favorite of ours.
Only complaint was the Cadillac Margi's....seemed they all tasted a little different and we had to keep adding items. But we still loved our stay at Chileno!

Lots of construction at property. We specifically asked and were told we would be put in a room in the center of property away from construction. We arrived and they tried to put us in a back building next to construction of new buildings. It was quite a hassle to get room changed and ended up with a no view room versus ocean view room still at back of property. Would not stay again until construc...Read more

Staff was wonderful and friendly. Particular shout out to Donnie at the water sports center who snorkled with us and was JUST ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
Hard to complain. I guess I would have liked them to include shuttles to Cabo San Lucas and perhaps San Jose.
