Pros (+) A small cozy hotel tucked away from busy streets, I had a comfortable stay with good bed and 2 choices of pillows. Having a dip in the small but well maintained swimming pool was refreshing at the end of hot days. Accommodating front desk staff had me early checked in which was much appreciated after my trip from Lamphun.

Pros (+) We travel regularly and the experience we had was wonderful. All the staff was nice and willing to help. Do not hesitate. And the location is just perfect to visit Old Chiang Mai.

Pros (+) 1.No twin beds provided, offered us 2 quilts, nice service 2.Welcome drink/snack was good, water bottle unlimited provided 3.Clean and has a small balcony 4.Breakfast is offered by set menu, all is delicious; they also offer to-go box when we leaving for early one-day tour
Cons (-) 1.Whole floor is too slippery not only room but bath room, suggest providing the rubber slipper for bath room 2.Water was not hot and the pressure was insufficient in our room
