Staff was amazing. Room was large, clean, and beds were comfortable. Shower was great. Coffee in the room was a nice change from standard brew. Breakfast had a great selection and was hot. Variety of specialty coffees available.

Beautiful hotel, very clean. Very large room.
My husband is disabled and the ADA room is inadequate. Bathtub shower that is very difficult to get into. The toilet was not elevated. The only ADA concession was a shower chair and bars on the wall.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Clean and spacious room, comfy bed (not too soft), friendly staff, nice breakfast and they even had laundry machines that we desperately needed (free of charge).

This hotel is wonderful. Totally clean and my room on the 7th floor was excellent.
Their Front reception staff needs to learn how to do their job properly. I did the check in online ahead of time. I get there after a 10 hour drive and pick up my room key card. When I get to my room the key card doesn't work. The Front reception staff had not activated it. I think you can understand my frustration.
