The Chateau Moncton is situated right along the river. We had a riverside room, and it was pleasant to walk along the boardwalk after supper nearby. The room was spacious, beds very comfortable, linens soft. The breakfast buffet was served by very cordial personnel.
Definitely not the fault of the hotel, but construction nearby made the parking lot a little cramped.
Comfortable bed, clean, large room and great location right on the river where you can watch the tides come and go. Hot breakfast included was a plus!
The check in staff could have been a little more cheerful but check in was fast. Construction around the hotel but not at the hotel.

Rooms where very nice and clean. Nice benefit for us they had Nespresso Maschines in the rooms, which we enjoyed a lot! Breakfast had all the basics but tasted good.
Rooms are new and huge with tons of space. The breakfast, as far as buffets go is very decent. The location is excellent and walking distance to anything you would want.
I liked the room space, spacious room with extra seating and the bathroom was very clean
I asked for a river view and we were ground level so even though the view was nice, due to people walking the boardwalk next to us, we were unable to open the drapes to enjoy the view. The TV volume would not work and although the text messages App was easy to use, I had to climb up on a table to unplug and restart the TV in order for it to work. We loved the layout, expresso,and how clean everything was.Great breakfast.
Beautiful, spacious Junior suite with a spacious washroom and excellent shower. Love the proximity to what we go to this area for (restaurant, shopping). The breakfast provided was first-rate as well. A bonus was our river view room where we could see the tidal bore! We’ll be back!
Beautiful building, descent location, clean and beautifully done rooms.
So we booked a “river” view but hotel overbooked, and we unable to get a “river” view, however they upgraded us to this amazing suite and I was very grateful for it as it was awesome!
Great location, we could watch the tidal bore from the hotel. Restaurants nearby, great breakfast in the morning.
Disappointed they do not have bars to assist in getting in and out of bathtub. Bathtub is quite deep and difficult to get in and out of. Only suggestion I would have.
