Very nice room. Breakfast area was comfortable and inviting. Access to the gym was convenient.

The room was nice and modern, and the bed was comfortable.
I had mentioned my abnormal check-in time (due to my flight arrival), and there was nobody at the front desk to let us in when we arrived. Eventually security showed up to let us in
The room was clean and comfortable, the pool area was very nice and I like that it was right beside the elevators so you didn't have to walk through the entire hotel to get to it. The front desk staff was super friendly
We didn't get to eat the complimentary breakfast because there wasn't enough room to sit and we had a baby with us.

Would have enjoyed jacuzzi, sauna and massage services on-site to compliment the pool
Pool had vomit in it as well as pee , I told the staff they came to the pool area but didn't shut it down, very dissatisfied this time
The breakfast was top notch and the waterslide was a big plus for my granddaughter!
As someone who is not used to sleeping/living in a city I found it hard to sleep due to the heavier curtains not being able to cover over the sheer curtain. Letting in alot of light from the city lights I found it hard to sleep.
Breakfast room was great. There was no table in the room to sit around so we went to this room often. It was large enough to sit and talk, play games and eat without hearing others around conversations. Bright and cherry. The pool area was clean, water was warm, easy to get in to swim. Slide was great being separate from the pool.
Different things on the bottom of chair legs, they were noisy when pushed in or out from tables.
The rooms are spacious and they include a mini fridge and a microwave. The pool area really entertained my son. It even has a camera to ensure it is safe to go down the slide, and there were plenty of towels available. The gym area has three different machine options, with weights, and extra exercise equipment.
The pillows were worn out, and there was a a loud noise coming from the heater, and I could not sleep. I did complain about this, but I felt they just thought it was my imagination. The bathroom has a sliding door which you can see through the cracks of it, and there is no lock on it. The room did not come with any complimentary bathroom accessories.
