Pros (+) The magical location and the wine and sommelier were the only elements of our stay that met expectations. The magical location met expectations and sommelier (and wine and bread) exceeded expectations.
Cons (-) No communication on parking or luggage. My wife and I carried our luggage up the mountain. Staff was stuffy and distracted. Pros (+) We just returned from our stay at Chateau Eza and we absolutely loved our time there. The staff were so kind and lovely and the hotel and town of Eze is absolutely stunning! A must stay!

Pros (+) Outstanding, lovely view from the restaurant. Our hotel room was large, pleasant, and it had a huge bathroom with a shower, tub, and separate toilet room, although there was no view. The staff was exceedingly attentive, kind, and very helpful (including with our luggage up and down steep steps in the rain).
Cons (-) We were offered lovely welcome drinks with a beautiful view while waiting for our room to be ready, although they were on our hotel bill.
