The hotel is located in the heart of Siem Reap. The hotel premises and the rooms were very well maintained. The staff were well mannered and helped us with the necessary arrangements for our Angkor Wat visit. The rooms were huge and value for money. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
We loved this hotel, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Soprang and Srey Mao on the reception desk were exceptional, we would stop to talk every time we passed by and they were so friendly chatty and just lovely, they are a real asset to the hotel. Great place to stay - very clean, comfortable, and a great location. The staff were excellent and helpful, the breakfast was terrific, and the pool was great for cooling off during the hot days. The room was VERY large!

2nd time I stayed here and it is as good as the first time! massive rooms with separate living area, washing machine and kitchenette. steaming hot water and perfect water pressure. staff is the best! from the chefs, frontoffice, maids, waiters all very much customer minded. very good breakfast every morning and brasserie if you want to dine. quiet neighborhood but close to central Siem Reap.

It was first class! Beds were comfy and we had so much space. It was great having a washing machine. Staff were kind and the location was excellent.

Great pool and good breakfasts . Easy 10 min walk to pub street. Very nice staff especially the lady that works at the pool bar. Good happy hours most of the afternoon by the pool . Huge rooms with even bigger fridge .
