It's a modern three storey property in the midst of vineyards . The rooms are accessible by elevators. 24 hr reception is there. Rooms are large , comfortable and have the usual amenities that come with a modern hotel. There is a restaurant and a lounge bar. We had delicious food at the restaurant. As we travelled in winter the vine yards were barren and so the views were not so great. There is nothing to do in the village or the neighbouring villages. Paper cups in the rooms were really out of place.Read more
Wonderful property. Beautiful location. The staff is excellent and very helpful. Especially Diana at the reception. The boy at the restaurant is very polite and helpful. Their house wine is fantastic
They must check their linen. We had torn bed and pillow covers.
The staff was really friendly. The room was nice and clean, with everything necessary in it. The location and the view was great, really nice to get out from noisy city and have an quiet and comfortable weekend.
The breakfast could be better, the options of the dishes was not ideal. It was acceptable though. The HVAC system was quite noisy and while it was handling the temperature in the room quite well it was struggling with fresh air. We had to leave the balcony door open to get some fresh air in, otherwise the room was getting really uncomfortable.
Sauna and pool was great.
Restaurant and bar closed at 8:00 pm, afterwards the house seemed empty/abondend. No real comfortable atmosphere. Clairvoyant

The breakfast was not diverse and the dishes were COLD even though the omelet was kept on the warm saving tool. The restaurant food is also not the best especially for their prices.
This is one of the best small hotel in Georgia, not too far from Tbilisi - it takes little bit more than 2 hours to reach Artwine by car. The room was clean and spacious. The Caesar salad was excellent. Appreciated the assistance in arranging a transfer at short notice.
A few suggestions: 1) Suggest to seal the brick walls in the bedroom; it smelt of damp concrete. 2) Strongly suggest to have glass cups in the room for the water instead of paper cups. 3) Suggest to have glass cups in the bathroom for the toothbrushes. 4) The cake and cups cakes at breakfast were stale. Very nice hotel with exceptional services. Everything was perfect!
Loved the rooms and the surroundings were beautiful. The room was more spacious than anticipated.
The staff was not knowledgeable about wines which is strange for a winery. The breakfast buffet needs revamping. It was very below expectations.
