Pros (+) We had the most incredible view of the Matterhorn and the staff and food were incredible. It was truly on of the best hotel experiences of my life. The room was spacious, the balcony idyllic, the view incredible. It was close to the train station and many of funiculars. Pros (+) Awesome view of the Matterhorn from the hotel. Also the free transfer from central station to the hotel before check in and from hotel to the central station after check out. It is also walking distance to the bus station and the local train station....

Pros (+) Breakfast was great and set us up every day for a hike in the hills. Location was ideal, near the station & central for bars & restaurants. The view of the Matterhorn from the terrace bar & restaurant was amazing. The staff need a special mention as they were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. All in all a great stay :-)

Pros (+) View was spectacular. Opening the tunnel entrance was very good.
Cons (-) I did not like the bed or duvet, very uncomfortable for me. I prefer to sleep between the sheets. I did not like your dinner food menu. Very bland menu and limited choice.
