The room was super comfortable, and the access to the park was an incredible plus, since we're travelling with a little child. The breakfast was incredible and everything was really clean.
The room's door let a lot of light in under it.

Stunning location and facilities. Wonderful welcoming and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant was the best meal we have had in years, exceptional - do not miss out! We will be back, thank you for a fantastic stay!
Beautiful main Chateau building. Lovely grounds. We stayed in the annexe; good size room, comfortable bed and good en-suite bathroom. Lovely ambience inside the chateau and we had a delicious evening meal with very good service.
The breakfast was a disappointment, especially at 25 euros per person. The hot offering was limited and barely warm and the continental offering also disappointing. Coffee from a machine. The evening meal and service was excellent so we expected a similar standard at breakfast especially at that price.

Sleeping in the annex (rather than in chateau) was a little sad (considering price of the stay). Stairs to access rooms not very stylish! Quality and style of restaurant can be improved (table cloths, dimmed lights or candles on the tables would improve overall atmosphere). Also missed some nice background music. Breakfast somewhat disappointing…for €25pp!
Beautiful location and comfy bed.
Despite an advertised restaurant open every night, restaurant was shut. Every recommendation the hotel gave us was also closed on a Monday. We asked for help (travelling with two children who needed food) and were told there ‘might’ be a food truck in the village, or a pizza vending machine several miles away or we could buy something cold (no ability to heat anything at the hotel) from the superm...Read more

We were housed in the main chateau so cannot comment on the annexe where most of the other rooms were. Our view over the park was sensational but we found the whole place lacking in soul and character. It relies on its beautiful main building but it is essentially an events location with no real heart as a hotel. The staff were helpful enough, when they were around, but they were few and far betwe...
The lack of attention ( particularly in the bar, where we had to ask for service and , apart from one barman who knew what he was doing, no one was too sure how to mix a proper drink…). There were no benches in the park where you could sit and relax.Read more
Fabulous chateau and estate. Fantastic evening meal.
My booked accessible room was given to another guest. The alternative was not accessible and didn't work for me. It had steps and facilities that were not accessible eg toilet, shower and steps and had to be lifted into and out of the room and off the toilet.
