Pros (+) Staff was very friendly, the pool was quiet and very cozy early in the morning and later in the afternoon. During the day it gets a bit busy. The location of the hotel is simply amazing. It has lake view and is really few meters away from the promenade.

Pros (+) Games tables and pieces in the hotel bar, pool table available for use. Room was clean, decently sized and well furnished. Staff were helpful and quickly resolved small issues. Very close to the metro station with lovely views.
Cons (-) Pillows deflated so ended up quite thin. Very few vegetarian options in hotel restaurant other than sides.

Pros (+) Excellent location, right by the metro station and the lake promenade. Breakfast was quite good as well. The staff was super polite. Mishap at the lobby restaurant was dealt with very professionally by the Restaurant Manager.
Cons (-) Communication regarding the requested room upgrade was vague. Room allocated (1st floor, facing street) was ok but definitely not worth the expense for this Hotel (which is otherwise superb). Had I known, I would have preferred another establishment.
