Pros (+) Our stay at Cerulean Tower exceeded our expectations. From the view from our room to the hotel bar on the 40th floor; everything was spectacular. Bonus was the 7/11 on the second floor.

Pros (+) I used to stay here 10 years ago when I would visit Tokyo. The rooms are big which are really nice and the staff are amazing. It’s in a really good location and the breakfast is wonderful.
Cons (-) I do think the rooms need to be renovated as they’ve aged quite a bit. But it’s still a comfortable stay in a nice hotel.
