This place is brilliant for all, everything is very clean and secure, lots to do in the mall , room is spacious with great views.
This hotel would have been perfect but.....the scammed our family and wouldn't let us checkout because they said there was a small towel missing!!! Which we didn't have, I presume they do this a lot with customers to make a bit of cash for themselves on the side! Now I couldn't trust them for anything, very disappointing being scammed by a hotel of this standard!!!

The location was good and very central.
The washers and dryers are insufficient. Especially when comes to holiday season or events going on.

I love this hotel, the parking is so easy. And access to Terminal 21 is brilliant.... but read my negative comments :-(
I've stayed before, and gave them a 10. This time we have major issues with damp smell coming from the A/C. I put this down to rainy season / humidity AND the lack of a proper deep clean and ozone cleaning. We asked to change rooms but it wasn't much better. The roadwork out the front which takes longer to get to the hotel
Good location. Good variety of tasty food for breakfast. Clean comfortable room. Easy to access. Concierge and parking attendant very helpful. Front counter staff are always pleasant and professional.
Location and access will be much better when roadwork is completed. Would be great if Centre Point restaurant catered for all meals as choices in Terminal 21 are very limited.
