Pros (+) Used the Centara Hat Yai over many years as a stop off before the islands. Clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff many of whom we’ve seen year after year, a sign the hotel looks after its staff which we like. Great location too for the station and exploring the many street food stalls

Pros (+) Food and Staff. Specially Mr Cheema who had assisted us by the time we got down from our car till we check out from the Hotel. Hotel was excellent with super breakfast and very very good staff.
Cons (-) Room size was little compact with average bed and not king size bed.

Pros (+) Room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect—close to local attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was superd and fast Wi-Fi. Easy Parking.
