Food and Staff. Specially Mr Cheema who had assisted us by the time we got down from our car till we check out from the Hotel. Hotel was excellent with super breakfast and very very good staff.
Room size was little compact with average bed and not king size bed.
The hotel location is just walking distance to many tourists attraction and the hotel staff was very helpful..happy customer here!!
Room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect—close to local attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was superd and fast Wi-Fi. Easy Parking.

It was our 4th times stay at Centara Hotel Hatnyai- we would be delighted if hotel can refurbished the carpet since the old one is smelly. Please ensure good TV signal. During our stay, TV showing blury vision. Regards.
