the good - room is very functional and spacious enough - room is bright and clean - nice shower - lawson downstairs - check-in was smooth
the bad - on the expensive side - the food at the hotel restaurant was not good at all - lack of help with luggages
Good value for money . The room is big in Japan’s standard. The service is good.
I like that they combined Thai style into the hotel, and also it’s because of the FOOD!!! It was excellent!!!!!
I have to walk quite far to go to shopping areas. I’ve been shopping at daimaru and have to walk back to the hotel carrying heavy shopping bags, therefore I find it little inconvenient;)))
This hotel was amazing on every level from location. Room amenities and breakfast.

What I didn’t like was the hotel is not advertise enough. I learned something new every day about the hotel like example number one buying a day pass at universal at the front desk.

My “king bed” was just two single beds put together. Not really a king bed
