The property was amazing! The facilities were great and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was really clean and high spec! Would definitely come back & recommend
My husband was in a queue waiting to be seen at reception and was 2nd in the queue. As he waited 2 other sets of people were taken in front of him which was disappointing.
Hotel is immaculately clean, lots of staff that are all friendly and work really hard. Great location and attention to detail. Rooms are ultra modern, top spec and comfortable.
Pool opening hours. Unable to swim before 10.
Pretty much everything was literally amazing. My room was great, bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. Breakfast buffet was tasty and with a lot of variety. The pool area and the beach were the cherry on top. Plus the Restaurants for dinner were extremely delicious, always had more then enough and in the best quality possible. More than happy i chose this Hotel.
There is not much to say. If i‘m being picky then the showerhead in the bathroom could have had more pressure, which is a really small almost unnecessary detail. At the Check in i could have used some more instructions about the Hotel, how everything works and where to find, especially as traveler by myself. Amazing experience, the staff very polite, we like food and restaurants, the room was very clean with new equipment. Warm swimming pool at this time made our holiday brilliant.
The property is new and modern. Room was really big, balcony also. There is plenty of sun loungers by the pool. They have a drinking water fontain on the corridors. Towels are really good, bed is very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Tv was nice, wifi was good. Food was very good. Big free parking.
We would recomend the hotel to anyone. But if I compare my experience with ideal stay, or in other words if I really try to find something that was not to my liking: The pressure of water in the shower could be better. Everywhere somebody was cleaning keeping the hotel spotless Loved the renovations to the rooms
Maid service was sometimes lacking - days where some towels were missing and also a 1 of 2 robes was not in room upon arrival , put it down the new season and new staff.
