We loved the eclectic vibe and the staff was amazing. Jennifer was great! We also really liked the robust breakfast that was offered that day-breakfast burritos. All homemade and delicious.
We didn’t care for the studio room we had.
Great location.
52$ for parking a night. Staff treated us like new people each time she saw us (we stayed for 4 days.) Place needed to be vacuumed bad! Food, dust, debris all over lobby/eating areas. Only one option for food. Nothing vegan. TERRIBLE coffee.
Location was great but everything else was a let down.
It was kinda unclean and amenities were not really present. Rooftop bar was closed and rooftop was hard to access. No cleaning or turn over service. Breakfast was just plain sad most days and tasted like cardboard with no other options except the pre prepared sandwiches.
The food was great, the facilities were clean and modern, great location.
The self check-in computers weren't working. The walls are very thin. The remote control for the projector screen quit working and we were unable to turn the projector off. Very annoying.
Great location, really fun room experience, and great amenities (like the rooftop, hot tub, and fitness center!)
The self-check-in isn't great. Not very straightforward, takes much longer, and doesn't provide clear enough instructions. Just overall a strange first impression, feels very impersonal.
We love this place! The location is perfect! The setup is amazing! The food and staff are incredible!
The room was amazing
The breakfast was extremely limited, with bad coffee. Tehre were no cleaning services for the whole week!
Customer service was great and the hotel had great amenities. The rooftop is a great hangout spot and the decor is really nice.
My only issue was the drawers under the bed left black streaks on the floor when they were pulled out. It was minor though and didn't degrade from the experience.
Staff was friendly, room was very clean and really good size.
2 items for breakfast was not clear. One staff said 2 per person per room, another said 2 per room. For what we paid, a piece of fruit along with the hot item per person does not seem unreasonable. It needs to be clear. Describing parking, guest services, etc would be helpful. Self check-in was difficult.
The decor was lovely throughout the hotel. Beautiful. Felt very comfortable. Our room was clean and really enjoyed the thought-out layout/ furniture to maximize storage. LOVED the closets under the beds and a great sized fridge/freezer.
The rooftop bar wasn't open during our stay. Also, the pretty lights were off on the roof. Is still a nice area to hang out between our vacation activities.
