Pros (+) The building was magnificent, making us feel like we were in a movie. It's within walking distance of Puerta del Sol, surrounded by wonderful restaurants that are definitely worth a visit. The fantastic and very helpful staff always supported us with whatever we needed.

Pros (+) Great location, close to the stations and easy to get to. Fantastic and very helpful staff. Decent size rooms given it was quite centrally located. We could get by walking to most tourist sites.
