Location is perfect to explore all that the city of Madrid has to offer. Staff was really nice and helped with everything we asked for. The last day during checkout the gentlemen asked for our flight number and looked up the terminal. He then grabbed our luggage, took it outside, flagged a Taxi and told him what terminal to take us to.
Breakfast was very good. Location is very good. But the bed was not very comfortable.

Location is optimal,I have only room without breakfast. I could still stay at the room that I have had before for 3 persons and it was wonderful and quite.
The hotel & location couldn’t have been better and the staff were the most helpful & friendly we’ve ever dealt with.
The property had a wonderful old charm.
Property has not been maintained. It leaked heavily when it rained. Interior courtyard walls heavily cracked by our exterior windows. Noise factor was significant. Anyone speaking downstairs could be heard to the top floors, and the voices just got louder. Also, the front desk gentleman seemed uncomfortable with a gay couple, making a big deal over the fact that we requested a "cama matrimonial".
It's tough to give a fair review of the hotel, as we landed in the middle of the blackout! The staff were fantastic and did a great job of making us feel as comfortable as possible. That said, we were put in a fairly basic, but ironically with a very comfortable bed. The next day, they were super kind to change us into a room with a street view - a smaller but nicer room, but with a seriously unco...
If you like sleeping with the window open, bring your earplugs. Both courtyard and street rooms have serious noise issues unless you keep the windows shut. Overall, I think it was pretty expensive for the rooms provided.Read more
The location was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel/room was clean.
It would've been nice to have two sinks in the bathroom.
