Fantastic location and hotel including breakfast.
Great location and friendly, wonderful staff
The location and staff are nice. The bathroom was spacious.
What was supposed to be a double bed were two single beds not even joined together, so I wasn't a comfortable sleeping option. In general, I expected a more modern room and facilities for the price we paid. There are nicer hotels in the area for the same (or lower) price.
The location was great and well within walking distance to everything. The breakfast was great.
We had a room a few levels up which opened up onto a court yard sitting area. People sat out there at night talking and their conversations and the piped music echoed up the courtyard. It was quite noisy at night if you were trying to get an early night.
The street was not impressive but once inside, the facilities were immaculate, quiet. And pleasing to the eye. The room itself was off to a corner, on the inside and extremely quiet. And quite large and spacious

Disappointed by the lack of basics—no water on arrival, no lotion, no bathrobes, and no toothpaste replenishment. The tub was dangerously slippery, and we were told rubber mats aren’t provided. Water leaked onto the bathroom floor, making it hazardous. Had to follow up multiple times just for extra pillows and drinking water. Not what I expected from a 4-star hotel.
We loved the location and all the staff were super friendly .
While the bedroom part of the room was as described. The bathroom had a loose tile in front of the sink; the shower sprayed all over the floor and required a major clean-up, and the quality of the hairdryer was sub-standard.
Location and the friendly and VERY helpful staff. We booked another stay.
The shower tubs were a bit slippery and my wife fell and bumped her head.

Could have had a more extensive room service menu. Issue with room door locks for few days but staff went out of their way to minimise the inconvenience
