Pros (+) When we arrived the first things to great is were big smiles and help with our luggage. The staff were lovely, warm and welcoming and the hotel was very stylish. Our room was sleek and perfect for parents plus one child. Nice to have little extras like dental kits, combs and lux toiletries. Pros (+) Location was excellent, staff very helpful. The private pool was great.
Cons (-) We lost power several times during our stay. Breakfast was ok, fairly limited. A bit more vegetarian options for a hot breakfast would be good.
