I loved the staff. They were great. I even loved everything about the hotel.
Our toilet didn't work. It was stopped up and we plunged it but it didn't do anything. Our TV didn't work because you couldn't hook up to the wifi. We spoke to the front desk and they said they would be right there to fix it and no one showed up. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevators didn't work.

Many issues unresolved and not given options to make our stay better lousy customer service we were not told until we arrived that the elevator was non functioning and had to use stairs to 2nd floor which was horrible for my right knee due to arthritis. The location to Bourbon Street was about 4 blocks away, so that was cool. Also, the water pressure in the shower was good, and it was hot.
Apon checking in at 8pm the clerk was dealing with another issue where they gave someone's room away, we waited over 30 minutes before he decided to check us in, then once we get checked in our room wasn't even cleaned., we was asked to give them a few minutes and will be done, we leave and grab dinner, come back 3 hours later and still disgusting and not clean, so they move us to a other room on ...Read more

Cold in the room, the A/C was very noisy , the windows in the room could not totally closed therefore we can feel the air coming through as well as the noise .
The two guys that checked me in was wound fully . And very nice . They really made my day . . Keep up the good work guys.
