This hotel is right in the middle of Porto, very close to the river and old town. You can reach all the sites on foot. The breakfast buffet is extensive, lots of fresh fruit and also good selection of hot food. Our beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
We stayed in a room in which the exhaust fan wasn't working, so the mirror fogged up very quickly while taking showers. We notified the receptionist, but since it was the weekend, the matter couldn't be fixed immediately.
lovely room. air conditioning as it was so hot. it was close to everything. lovely place to visit with good atmosphere.

Everything was squeaky clean
The spa is somewhat dangerous. No ladder to go into the whirlpool. The pool ladder is slippery
The location was good and the secure garage was good but would be nice to be offered free instead of more costs.
Paying for parking which should be free, the hotel views are poor given ours and someone else we spoke to just looked onto walls within 10 foot from the window. Breakfast is standard and nothing exciting if it wasn't free I wouldn't pay for it.
Excellent central location for the city centre. Good garage parking with EV charge points ( but need a charging lead that will work with a domestic socket). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a balcony with hot tub.
The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, which we knew, but we were slightly disappointed that snacks were not generally available in the lounge bar.
Great location.
The rooms are small. The mororcycle car park has a steep downhill gradient in to it and is scary on a tall bike. I did it once but then parked on the public car park on the other side of the road.
This hotel is exceptional. The location is ideal, situated in the heart of old town so you can access anything by foot. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable and included breakfast and free parking. Wonderful stay. Cannot wait to visit again!

Some food options, even if just a vending machine, in the hotel would be good, so you don't necessarily need to leave the hotel to eat (particularly when it's melting hot outside!)
