Great location, amazing restaurant, nice staff, good wellness
Great cuisine in the restaurant - really top notch (except for desserts). Very nice area, close to the Hollòkő castle and to the old town - just a 10 min walking distance each. The room was very large and spacious. They had nice Valentines decoration and merchandise (honey for sale).
The wellness area is pretty small, the waters cooler than what you'd expect - even in the jacuzzi. The sauna was closed from us due to a sauna session, which is weird if you are a paying guest. That should happen outside of regular hours or anyone should be allowed to join in free. We loved everything about the property, the location, the room, the food, the spa.
The Heineken branded sunshades 😊 They took away from the view, a simple beige/white umbrella (maybe one with a little crow) would have been much nicer.
Amazing restaurant, both breakfast and dinner is exceptional! The pool and wellness is clean and relaxing, also kids friendly. Short walking distance to village center and sightseeing spots. The room was prepared with baby cot and baby bath, which is amazing.
Room could use some renovation and deep cleaning, but in general it's spacious and comfortable. The kids playground could be also renovated.

We have stayed here twice now, the location is calm, peaceful and perfect to relax for a romantic weekend. The hotel is spotless and well equipt, staff very effcient and polite. The highlight was the room,. large, modern and a perfect bathroom, view and facilites. The food is also great, plentify, wide choice and all of good quality, it would be hard to find a fault with the hotel
Spacious room with free car parking.
Shower area glass door cannot effectively block the water coming out. The bathroom floor gets wet after taking shower.

swiming pool to sallow , fitness machines are not in the top conditions. should be more open hours for fitness and wellness.

We loved the whole vacation, but i need to mention the restaurant and the Chef: the food is fantastic, varied, high-quality, you could say fine dining category! The chef came to introduce himself, explained the menu for the day and presented the dishes from the show kitchen. It was the best in its category where we have been so far. Must to visit:) (sure we will come back again)
