There was not one bad thing I could say about this stay. I was looking for peace and quiet, a little retreat far away from the city. It was about a 30 minute drive to a small town and 1 hr away from anything other busy areas.Read more
It was an outstanding experience, lovely and helpful staff who make you feel like you are home.
place its focused on making money. Client experience its not important. Attempt to charge 250 euros for 2 pizzas it's just a joke. End up paying 105 euros for 2 pizzas anyway. No management. Stressful place. Terrible room. Very nice swimming pool. Super nice location.
room was a joke. Unsafe. Lack of management. Attempts to charge you prices of most expensive Hotels in the World. Money orientated place. Not suitable for young kids. Our room had no saftey balustrade in place. Just dangerous. Noisy. Mosquitoes.

Castello Di Vicarello was a dream! The staff went above and beyond to make our trip memorable and relaxing. The wine tasting was an incredible experience, and the grounds were breathtaking! The food was also incredible.

The whole hotel was just a dream with the rustic charm of the castle against such a beautiful backdrop of the Tuscany hills.
