A beautiful location with fantastic views. Superb swimming pool.
It felt a bit unlived in. No way to have a hot drink in the room.

One of the rooms by the pool is tiny and the main window opens into the pool’s shower. Air conditioning is loud.
Everything! Great location beautiful views. The apartment I booked was outstanding. Had dinner in one of the restaurants on the property which was very nice! Staff helpful and friendly

The most beautiful medieval village that was renovated in 1994. Literally like staying in a castle Wonderful staff who spoke excellent English Nice breakfast Lovely views close to Tavullia - Valentino Rossi’s town
Not the biggest double bed
The location is great, the hotel looks beautiful and well looked after, the rooms and apartments are spacious and clean, it was a very pleasant stay.
We booked a two bedroom apartment but at our arrival only one room was open, the other one was locked, this was not great, especially after a long day of travel. The cleaners are a bit aggressive, they came knocking at our door precisely at 11:00 because it was time of the check out even though there was a ''Do not disturb'' sign on the door, very unpleasant as we were almost ready. Breakfast was a great spread and the pool was great
Air con was poor and didn't chill the room. Air con was also very loud and my kids didn't sleep well dealing with either noise or heat (30 degree plus weather even at night)
the place is amazing - an unique italian medieval borgo with a super view, a great swimming pool and two amazing locations to dine or to just a have a drink. the short and very easy morning walking within the the little streets of the borgo to reach out the breakfast area is one of the best souvenirs of my kids together with the amazing food offer of the breakfast itself!
we were in a double room apt just close to the bistrot in the middle of the borgo. Unfortunately the AC systems wasn't very good and we really struggled to sleep due to the very high temp of those days
