Stunning property with amazing staff. The room was lovely, the views from the property are out of this world. Reception team are amazing.
The restaurant seemed understaffed and in my opinion the food, although very tasty was slightly overpriced
The hotel looks one of the best in this area. The room was comfortable, pleasant area around the hotel, there is parking.
The spa closes early, around 5 p.m. During our stay, there was a birthday celebration with a DJ playing loud music by the pool. That was already quite noisy, but it got worse — they started fireworks around midnight. It was extremely loud and woke me up. After that, I could barely get back to sleep. Great location with fantastic views from the restuarant balacony. Staff very friendly and helpful. One member of staff gave us a lift from town back to the hotel because there were no taxis available - service beyond what you would expect. Very good selection at breakfast.
Wonderful setting and the spa was really nice.
It was described as an authentic castle but in fact is just a newer hotel made to look like one. The restaurant was nice but could have had more options for people with food sensitivities. For example, my wife does not eat seafood, which made ordering difficult.

The staff was very friendly! The rooms were clean, the general atmospher was nice.
Even though the breakfast was big, they could do variations from time to time
We loved our stay. The room was comfy and the little terrace in the back very cute. We appreciated the delicious and rich breakfast. Special mention for the staff - they were all so nice and welcoming.
Really only one thing to mention: there was an event one evening and we would have appreciated being informed in advance as the music was a bit loud.
Breakfast was excellent Breakfast staff and both receptionists were excellent Lady at the wine shop was brilliant too
Dinner service a little erratic Patio( on side of hotel ) has good views but needed softening with some umbrellas and plants needed watering ( most were dead )
