Pros (+) Location, sun terrace, kind helpful staff
Cons (-) They need to rethink breakfast, having to order from their selection, the night before.. I don't mind a breakfast shift system... In the end I walked into town to get Croussians, jam and butter.. Also parking needs explaining...so that guest under stand what to do rather than park bring in cases then realise there is underground parking

Pros (+) Great location overlooking bay and St. Malo across the water, near everything, and had steps to the Clair de Lune walkway. Fun to read of the property's history. Staff was very good.
Cons (-) Small rooms, curtains (or nothing) for privacy in shower, decor spartan 1950s and in no way belle epoque. Were it not for the location, this would not be a 5-star hotel. Do not stay in room 7 -- your "view" is solely out the bathroom window.

Pros (+) The hotel was in an excellent location, it was clean and welcoming , the staff were always polite , friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) I didn’t like the breakfast, it was made up of 3 set menus, which were made up mainly of carbs , when choosing a fruit salad option it consisted of 4 strawberries. The mini bar in the room contained no milk and when asked for breakfast tea was told there was only 1 teabag left.

Pros (+) This hotel is extraordinary. The view is unbeatable and the whole property is magical -- incredible room and beautiful terrace, pool, harbor walk. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and made everything easy, including navigating the narrow, stone-lined ramp down to the parking in an unfamiliar rental car!
