Then enjoy a meal at one of the resort's 4 restaurants. Castaway Island Fiji offers 65 air-conditioned accommodations with safes and bathrobes. Rooms open to patios. These individually decorated accommodations have separate sitting areas. Refrigerators and coffee/tea makers are provided. Bathrooms include showers, slippers, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Additionally, rooms include irons/ironing boards and ceiling fans. Pros (+) We had an amazing few days here enjoying the snorkeling and a bush walk to the top of the island, many swims in the aqua blue waters .

Pros (+) We were a family of 12 from 3 - 70 years old travelling to celebrate some milestones together. The resort exceeded what we were hoping for. The staff were incredibly welcoming and polite, the bure rooms were traditionally stylish and very comfortable, the grounds were well maintained and there was a good sense of privacy. The main beach was stunning and there were plenty of included water activity...

Pros (+) Castaway is such a beautiful location, lovely beach, amazing snorkeling, bushwalk to top of the island, a well kept resort. We loved the breakfast buffet and restaurant right by the water is so nice for enjoying sunsets.

Pros (+) The island and ocean surrounding were beautiful
Cons (-) The property was old and unclean, mould on bedding and stained pillows, musty smell. It was very expensive , no food included. Food very limited and disappointing. Restaurant 1808 not open so limited options. We then saw reviews that say it never was! Adult pool - spa cold, pool always full of little children! Staff not present at the bar or cafe.

Pros (+) Loved our Bure location and the staff were lovey
Cons (-) Their were families with small children surrounding our Bure so it was more noisy than what we wanted The quiet pool was also always full of kids so we didn’t even use it
