We stayed here for 2 nights. We would like to give them 100/10. All staff were super helpful and attentive. They were so friendly, from the front desk to the restaurant. The service with smiling is the thing that all customers look for. Qyn and Karol were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is quite new, about one and a half years. It is located in a very good corner , central to all activities....
Shower room , it needs floor separation for shower room and the toilet. Because when we had a shower, the water splashed out. Then the rest was fine with us.Read more

Our hotel room is facing the sea with a magnificent view. We could watch the sunset and the fireworks everyday from our room balcony. It’s very clean n spacious. An absolute little gem, totally worth every penny. Went for the King size room with sea view and loved it.
I accidentally booked at twin room but the staff were very helpful and converted the bed to a double. The free breakfast was also very good quality and the view from the room was nice.
The view! At the southern part of Sunset town and can see the cable car going pass. The view of the sea and fishing boats and night fireworks are fantastic. The staffs were friendly.
Dirty! Even though this seems to be the common theme in Phu Quoc, this hotel was quite gross from stained bed sheets, sticky tables, stained sink walls, and mouldy & grimy shower corners. I did not feel at ease with the hygiene at this location. I did not want to loose my view or my time, so I didn't bother to ask for change of room. Great location, 5 mins walk to cable station &kiss bridge. Good view of fireworks and running cable car ( highest level) receptionists with good English level, breakfast good enough for the price. Overall a very good choice at the price range.
Hot water running out fast if filled up the bathtub.
