Very nice!! Very clean!! Pool and our own access to the beach. We had a great time! 😃
Very well equipped and with access to a very nice beach behind the property (almost private, especially in the evening). The swimming pool was handy as well when it was too hot for the beach. The separation between houses is also great with the green vegetation blocking noises and smells. Barbecue area for each house with a Big lawn and terrace. In brief great place to stay !
Minor nuisances only: - swimming pool area is very noisy and occupied by families with children. Definitely use beach if you can, it is very nice - strange rule to keep the fridge at setting 1 all the time (food and drinks half cold as a result)
Well appointed, with a nice garden and a super pool and close to the beach. Sometimes we were the only people at the pool so it felt like our own private one, the proximity to the beach was amazing, it was very quiet and felt very safe. It is very well kept. Cefalu is only one stop from Lascari station.
The toilet didn't flush very well, the mattress and pillows were hard. You need a car as nothing apart from the beach is within walking distance, not even a little mini mart.

The second bedroom doesn’t have a/c. You really should mention it in the room description. Also, the a/c in the living and the sleeping room are limited to a minimum of 24 degrees.
The host ruined our vacation with his inhospitality!!!
The host decided to charge us (without permission) extra 50€ for not doing cleaning of his apartment and also for not doing waste disposal on his behalf! Something like this we have never seen anywhere in else in the world and we traveled quite a bit! also accusing us of damaging his little pillow!
We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. Perfect location just next to the beach. The apartment is spacious, clean and with a big terrace. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is a private and gated parking just in front of the apartment. I only wish that we could stay there for a few more days. Would absolutely recommend it.
