Fantastic Service Noproblems at all
The property is in a beautiful location and the pools are beautiful.
There were a few maintenance issues- bathroom hook was broken, 1 bathroom light out

more tea and coffee in rooms cushions on all sunloungers more pool facilities like a bar and cushions water fountain breakfast- long queues on one day long queues for omelettes
A lovely resort with great apartments for families, a fantastic kids pool with mini beach. Apartments are clean and well fitted out. The ones with direct access to the kids pool are ideal. The location is a drive from Lagos centre but close to Porte do Mos beach.
Parts of the hotel are showing its age and lack of maintenance. The grass hasn’t been cut at the kids club, the sun shield was gone also perhaps broken and not replaced and the entire kids area looked abandoned in places. From the moment we walked in it was perfect. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and super professional. The room was perfect. Amazing bathroom, super comfortable bed and chairs. Wonderful amenities. Bar and restaurants were fantastic. Outstanding location. Lots of fun walks around property.
My only complaint would be the grounds of property. Clearly hasn't hard much maintenance for a long time. Grass and weeds overgrown. Such a stark contrast to interior. Only saw a garden once in our whole stay which couldn't be more different to our experience at other top resorts.
Great location and good breakfast
Overpriced! Booked sea facing suite but there was no sea view from the room, disappointing that the view in booking.com photo was not even close to actual view. Staff was not helpful, they agreed this was not right category of room but said we can’t do anything!! Everything was great, fantastic rooms serviced very well
The pillows were very lumpy. The breakfast was cold at time.
Outstanding resort and staff.
The Cascade Wellness Center hotel more than met our expectations. Our room was lovely with a veranda overlooking the grounds. The walking trails were at our fingertips and provided beauty, tranquility, and amazing coastline viewing! The staff were helpful, accommodating and oh so friendly. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!
