The condo was great! Enough room for our family to have some space to ourselves when we wanted. I enjoyed having access to a washer and dryer. Short walk to Penca beach.
We couldn’t find any bowls in the kitchen.
Staff and location were both great. Apartment was very clean and comfortable.
The washing machine flooded the apartment and the apartment is next to very loud air conditioning units so was noisy when sitting outside.
Facilities Location House
Little details, the AC in the main bedroom didn’t work. Mixer neither. Didn’t really know who to contact in case of questions or issues with the property.
Playa Penca was close by and is a very nice, not so busy beach. Playa Potrero is also not far to walk to. There were a couple grocery stores and restaurants close by. The pool is only several steps from the villa's door, but there is still plenty of privacy. Many places at and around the villa to sit and relax in the shade. The villa was comfortable, quiet and provided everything that we needed.
Great location. Master bedroom backed onto the forest. Close to 2 beaches, and good restaurants all within walking distance.
Price was high with booking.com . Could have had some beach chairs, ironing board, iron, and a drying rack included with the unit, as the other units seem to have.
The unit had lots of room for everyone, it was clean and the pool was nice. The resident guests where very friendly, and we enjoyed the setting within a small tico village.
Check in was a mystery as we didn’t receive an email with instructions. Security didn’t speak any English, but our daughter helped out with her Spanish.
Security was very loud very early each morning, there was NO privacy because the blinds were 50% broken off, place is run down.

Barking dog behind our room kept us up all night. Provide better soap and more toilet paper - had to go buy our own. Shampoo/conditioner would have been nice - it's what we expect in the US.

Great place to stay with family for a couple of days. Restaurants, supermarkt and beach in walking distance. Good personal contact with secretary and security. Nice pool / jacuzzi. Good in house WIFI.
