Beautiful building and rooms

Cozy room, comfortable bed, great location.

Great location: near the centre but in a quiet area. Spacious little mini suite, well thought out, modern and clean. Good wifi. Only saw the owner at check in, but the guy who runs the cafe is helpful as is the caretaker.
Noise for most of the day due to the cafe at the front of the premises, also potentially if there are other guests as they will likely sit in the court yard afterwards. The room has a skylight, but it isn’t water-tight as I came back to a wet bathroom one evening after a downpour and had to ask for a mop; my flannel (face cloth) that I had left out on the rail was also soaked and when I picked it ...Read more
I loved the facilities, the design and the calm you feel being there, it was calmer because I stayed there from sunday to monday. the sofa was comfy enough to sleep well. Great coffee downstairs, the guy is awesome and really dedicated when preparing the beverages, we loved the matcha, moka, chai latte.
The staff didn´t know we will be there so they started to clean the room when we arrived, it was not the best but they all were so kind. One of the TVs did not work, not a big deal for us. The location is important. It is close to the hotel everywhere. The size of the bed was a luxury for me and the number of pillows was great 👌. The room is neat clean and renovated.
If you are in the hotel more than one day they do not offer cleaning or replacement of towels. This is a very bad habit. I asked if I had a chance for fresh towels and cleaning the room, but I got the answer not. On the ground floor there is a coffee shop there can be loud, not everyone can be happy. beautiful and large room and located close to the history center and lots of restaurants. Happy they have parking and the attendant is the best.
The only negative is there is no view.
Great location, large space in bedroom, bathroom, and living room, high ceilings, excellent service, smart TVs, free parking, coffee shop at entrance, quiet and comfortable.
The only thing that could have been better is having better shower toiletries. For example, there was no shampoo or conditioner, and they body soap was poor quality
The room is beautiful, spacious and has plenty of shelves for our stuff. The staff and manager were helpful in letting us store our luggage for two days when we visited nearby Cholula. The location is about 10 minute walk to the cathedral. Many local eateries, bakeries and shops along the way.
The sign of the casa was not obvious. We encountered a staff member who didn't understand much English when we arrived. He helped with the check in. Then we were told to message the manager for questions. It took longer to communicate and get information we needed.
Room and location were excellent. Great value for money.
Room was service during 4 nite stay. Had ask for fresh towels, toilet paper and rubbish bins to be emptied via text to manager. Had problems with not flushing.
