Very friendly and helpful staff. Cody and comfortable.
Mold in shower area and rusting shampoo and shower gel holder.
The location was not in a pretty area though it was a 20 minute walk to the nice Roma neighborhood. The breakfast was not good. The staff gave us what we thought was bottled water but what turned out to be tap water put into bottles and we’re still sick a week later. The room was small with no window. They say suite on the booking but they’re only one room. They don’t check to restock the shampoo ...
Sorry I mixed up the two categories, please switch. The lobby was very pretty and staff was nice and most spoke English.Read more
Location and personnel were great.
Room without window, bit stuffy and not very clean.
Nice little boutique hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Balcony was actually just floor to ceiling windows with a very small outdoor ledge - no room to sit outside.
GREAT location, nice clean rooms, would book again for sure!
Great area to use as a home base. There's lots you can walk to or not far to subway and bus options. Ubers are also really cheap and easy to use. I liked the small feel and great service here. It was easy to get in and out of my room. My room had a nice view of the street and a good shower. The bed was comfy and big.
I guess the rooftop restaurant is closed, which I didn't realize before getting there, but there's plenty of a good options around. The bar/restaurant called Lucerna was neat and had live music on Saturday night.
The staff fixed an issue for me quickly and with an upgrade. That’s was super - thanks! Building and rooms are beautiful. Bathrooms modern and roomy. Great location to explore many neighborhoods.
Building is older, so facilities like gym tiny.
The area and the hotel staff were helpful. The entrance and concierge area was light and airy.
The room was small and felt a little claustrophobic.
Nice place to stop over when in Mexico City
It was a little bit expensive at the time I visited compared to other hotels
