This is a fine luxury hotel. Staff is very attentive since the very begging. The house is magical. It has several different areas where you can relax or havings meals. Our experience was truly amazing. Food is good, but no amazing but is always well presented. You cant miss the JC french toast, that is the best french toaste ive ever had. The most amazing hotel. From the staff, to the grounds, to the food and the service, this hotel was the most wonderful place. My fiancée asked me to marry him there and there genuinely would not have been a more special surrounding. Astrid was also amazing as were all the staff we interacted with. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The staff went above and beyond our expectations. Beautifully maintained property as well. The communication was 10/10 and we had an amazing time exploring and lounging around.

I have traveled quite a bit and this is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed thus far in terms of facilities and staff attentiveness.
The grounds are absolutely stunning. We loved the attention to the design of the resort & thought the landscaping and room designs were beautifully done. The view is amazing. It’s a special place.
We weren’t aware that the “junior suites” were in a sepárate building/area of the resort when we booked. Ours did not have a balcony or a view (as was advertised) which was a let down. The upper two did, so I am surprised ours cost the same. Additionally, any noise from the two upstairs suites echoed in our room (footsteps, talking, etc.) which was really disappointing for a “relaxing” hotel. The ...Read more
The property is amazing. Every place is confortable and relaxing. The view is incredible, you can see all the time the lake. All the staff is really kind and they were always waiting to serve us. We have a funny days and we can relax.

The place is beautiful, quiet, very relaxed, nice food, lovely views and the most friendly staff. Felt like home, they managed to stay on top of all of our requests and more. Would definitely come back! Loved it
