This property absolutely deserves a 10 out of 10! It’s in a great location with excellent facilities, and we had an unforgettable Christmas here. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. On a particularly windy day, the landlord even reached out to check on us, which we deeply appreciated. We feel so fortunate to have stayed at this wonderful house and would highly recommend it to everyone!

Very nice location. Easy access to lovely beach and many restaurants. House was very comfortable and spacious with everything you need and more. Swimming pool, space to keep a car and electric gates. Maria was very good host and always recheable when needed. We definitely would love to stay there again.
Very roomy, spotlessly clean accommodation. Air-con throughout. Excellent pool with lovely terrace two seating areas. Off-road parking for several cars. Walkable to a great sandy beach and to port Alcudia. Alcudia old town an easy 5 minute drive.
The only downside was being next to a fairly busy road with the occasional noisy moped or lorry! We did get used to it.
What a great villa absolute top rating from us, the location is perfect Central to everything 10 minute walk to the port and shops and restaurants, 5 minutes to beach and lidl and eroski supermarket burger king etc a few hundred yards away.. Shower in en-suite bit awkward needs new fitting perhaps, struggled connecting to WiFi, Air Con no great in balcony room.
Very nice, spacious apartment with good facilities. Kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, and a cot and high chair were provided free of charge. Beautiful beaches and nice restaurants within an easy walk. Overall, an excellent stay.
Needs some new kitchen knives (current ones are blunt/broken). It is next to a busy road so there's traffic noise during the day, but it's OK at night.

The property was in the perfect location close to shops bars restaurants and the beach. It was very clean and the pool is lovely aircon great too. Would definitely stay here again
