Cool inside, easy check in . Beautiful views.
We had all our cash stolen, just outside the hotel. On the bridge. Day trippers and thieves. The staff should have told us to take care of our bag. Apparently this happens all the time in Ronda. We will not be going back
Wonderful setting. Lovely room. Staff very friendly and helpful. In amongst old town.
A few things, like no waste bin made the room less appealing than it could be. Breakfast wasn’t that great.
Location was excellent.
Condition of the room. Shower was broken, toilet had no door or curtain and there were lots of ants inside near the windows. Parking is a problem as it is 300m away in a public car park although the hotel receives a discount. Not much room to drop off luggage outside hotel. Nowhere to sit and rest in the room just 2 hard old chairs. Terrace was good but unshaded.

Only had a view from our bathroom (in el torre). Book a room with a view of the bridge if you have the option. The shower got water everywhere. Bathroom facilities really need to be updated.
Amazing views from our room and lovely older building in brilliant location in old part of Ronda. Well maintained.
You go to Ronda for the breathtaking scenery. As a guest in Palacio Villa Zambra, the scenery is at your balcony, in the breakfast area - simply everywhere. The location was superb with a perfect view of Puente Neuvo and easy walk to all of the cities attractions. We had a beautiful dinner at Arrabel to catch the most amazing and memorable sunset over the valley. The room was nicely appointed and would highly recommend. Parking was at a local parking station and directions were clear and concise.
Nothing everything exceeded expectations
The hotel was wonderful. The view was spectacular- a perfect position with views of the bridge. The staff were welcoming and made our stay very special. Would highly recommend this hotel

Incredible location, couldnt be better really. Amazing views and we had a terrific balcony. Bed was super comfortable.
Property very run down and not clean. Shower was broken, kettle broken. Nothing felt like it was in good condition except for the bed.
Casa Palacio Villa Zambra is truly palatial and serene, filled with incredible art works. The stillness and peace soothes the nervous system and it is easy to meditate here. The staff was truly lovely. I highly recommend this as a retreat away from the throng of tourists in Ronda.
I think they should consider offering a wider choice of foods for breakfast. Fresh fruit platters and fresh croissants would be most welcome.
