Pros (+) This hotel is exquisite. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are incredibly charming and really comfortable. The aesthetic of the hotel is also beautiful and the views are stunning. It's super close to some of the best restaurants. I only wish I was there for a longer trip so I can fully enjoy the facilities and the area.

Cons (-) Large spider crawles out of sofa and i advised hotel desk clerk who didnt offer anything. Janitors peering through windows at 9am on 6/20/25 was disturbing. Zero amenities. Cons (-) Didn’t look much like the photos. Our harbour view looked onto a large car park. Inside was dark and there is no restaurant. Had to go out and find somewhere for breakfast after an 11 hour flight. Room rate is not justified by the overall experience.
