Breakfast, great service and location
The hotel is beautiful, bedrooms and bathrooms are done to a very high quality. The rooftop area is really beautiful, and the service impeccable.
No negatives! The price was high, however it is a 5 star hotel in a great location so really I’m happy to pay for this level of quality and service.
Breakfast was good, location was great and easy walking distance to nice restaurants and bars
It was very dark - breakfast was in a downstairs room with all the curtains closed. No aircon so got quite hot at night.
Absolutely everything!! The place is beautiful, super cozy, very friendly staff, delicious homemade breakfast, very close to everything. A hidden gem in la condesa! I loved it! by far the best place in cdmx!

Great location and beautiful small hotel
Everything about the property was 10 out of 10 the service the location, the rooms the staff I really felt like I was being taken care of in a private villa. It was just amazing.
Absolutely nothing was wrong with our stay
clean, quite, convenient, batch/toilet are excellent, comfortable. close to restraurants, cafe, subway.
by the street, not silent in the night, neighboring guest came back late could disturb you if they talk in the hallway. but that's hotel in metro area, what do you expect? it is fair.
Friendly staff and yummy breakfast. The decor in the lobby and main floor was also very beautiful and green. And the rooftop was a wonderful, quiet spot to read in the mornings.
I am usually very low maintenance when it comes to sleeping, but unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning, paired with being in a room facing the main street meant me and my friend slept poorly. Considering the nightly cost of the hotel, this was unexpected.
Lovely interior design with nice roof terrace and bar
No air conditioning!!! They invested a lot of money including jacuzzi baths (why when there’s a hot tub on the roof???) but didn’t think to put a/c in the rooms. Didn’t respond to my query on booking.com
