Pros (+) Great bar area. Lovely breakfast. Bedroom and bathroom were also lovely.
Cons (-) Bed was quite soft. I had a bad back and it was even worse the next day.

Pros (+) Great location, friendly staff, great sized rooms with all amenities required for an overnight stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Plenty of free parking.

Pros (+) The room was spotlessly clean and had a contemporary feel. The provision of fresh milk and bottled water was a lovely touch. Everything was just as it should be. I also made use of the small on-site gym, compact but perfectly adequate for a quick workout.
Cons (-) I’d arranged and paid for a late check-out, but housekeeping hadn’t been informed and tried to enter. A small miscommunication, but a little off-putting all the same.

Cons (-) no breakfast even though extra money was paid for breakfast The waiter kept asking if we had paid for breakfast, and forced us to get up from the table without showing our receipt, even though we had insisted we had paid extra when we checked in the night before.

Pros (+) Very modern, high spec and classy. Comfortable rooms, all facilities, free parking. The staff were all professional and courteous. The breakfast service was good, as was the bar and reception. Housekeeping did a brilliant job. The whole hotel had a welcoming vibe and was decorated uniquely.
Cons (-) We were given incorrect information about being able to eat bar food in an alternative location. As a busy hotel, functions can cause some disruption- both the bass sound of the music, and the drunken guests returning to rooms at 1am.
