Pros (+) Fantastic hotel, great facilities, wonderful staff. Loved the hot tub and comfortable rooms. We came with a rental car (quite the challenge in Valaparaiso and appreciated the easy valet parking. Very close to sites. Highly recommend. Restaurant was very good as well.

Pros (+) Very well appointed and comfortable. It’s situated n a very good location near plenty of restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for the superb staff . The front of house team were exceptional, Marcos in particular was so very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent value for money

Pros (+) The location was great, but we drove a car and the roads are a little bit narrow and winding… Just something to be aware of
Cons (-) I guess I didn’t realize the whole view would be of the port. But that is the city so that was me just not knowing. I also would’ve preferred to have food and beverage service at the pool, but it doesn’t seem like that is common inChile.

The hotel is well situated and the dining was excellent. However some problems existed: 1. No internet by the pool 2. The toilet in room 18 overflowed twice 3. The breakfast eggs were WAY too salty (I noticed other guests complained too).

Pros (+) The only aspect of this hotel more lovely than the views, the comfort, and its elegance, was the staff. They were so lovely and always wanting to accommodate any inquiry. Andrea and staff are marvelous! The Friday and Saturday evening tea service are such wonderful touches!

Pros (+) We loved this property - not just the hotel's gorgeous design and beautiful views, but even more so its staff, who are incredibly lovely and kind! We loved this place so much that we returned the next weekend during our trip to Chile.
