Pros (+) The location is very convenient. The check-in was easy and efficient. The apartment was well equipped and vey clean. I would recommend that anyone stay here.

Pros (+) Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. It was easy walking distance to the convention center. There was a coffee maker with coffee, creamer available as well as some bottled water and snacks included.
Cons (-) We happen to be there during a cold period. The only heat was a very small portable heater we used in the bathroom. It helped in the bedroom as well. Although there were cooking pans, some cooking oil/spray would have been very useful.

Cons (-) Did'nt get a good sleep seemed to be under flight path from west palm beach airport.

Pros (+) Location was great....close to everything. Plenty of supplies, towels, treats and menus for a bunch of great local restaurants. Super clean and comfortable....will definitely try and book again in the future.
