Loved the spacious room with high ceilings. Elegant interiors. Whilst very central, it is a quiet refuge from busy Florence. Loved the.honesty bar and "lounge/salon". Highly recommend this property!

Beautifully furnished, easy access, good location, very modern
NEEDS soundproofing of windows. Both nights of our stay we were woken up several times by the garbage bins being collected followed by the recycling a couple of hours later. It was SO unreasonably loud and at absurd hours of the night. The lack of soundproofing made it feel as if e were directly outside listening to the garbage collection. Great attention to aesthetics, good lighting and layouts, big bathroom equipment, cute turtle logo, nice staff.
The noise from the rubbish collection truck at the street everyday at about 1:30 am is penetrating even the double glazed window, guest should ask which direction they face if they are concerned about noise during sleep.
Location and very well appointed. Self check in was a breeze. Free Breakfast more then generous and sumptuous!
Bedroom, beds, bedding and pillows were comfortable. Nice shower. Very good breakfast with good selection. Hotel not far from train station and close to attractions. Lovely sitting room with honesty bar.
We booked 5 rooms (a group of 10). However, room 11 was significantly smaller than the others. Had tea making facilities but no milk. Hotel need to replace toilet paper when one runs out. Missed a reception area on entrance.
The hotel is beautiful and well located. Breakfast was great!! The room was spacious, and the lobby has complimentary wine and snacks which was great and wasn’t taken for granted. Loved it and we’ll be back!!
The room itself pretty dark. Would’ve been great to have more lightning.
everything was perfect, access to the site was very well explained with the codes to access the room. The hotel is magnificent and the building is very charming. The decor is great too, with everything well chosen: from the corridors to the rooms and the lobby. Rooms are tiny, and very poor electrical. Literal switch board directly buzzing next to the bed.
