Pros (+) Aesthetic lobby and restaurant. Location walking distance to other beachy destinations.
Cons (-) Too many unstable, yelling homeless people in the area by the beach. The City of Santa Monica should protect the public spaces for the use by the community and not allow them to be overtaken by the homeless. No homeless are in the hotel and the Hotel is an oasis on the beach.

Pros (+) LOVED this hotel and was a favourite on my trip. Highly recommend getting a beach view room, amenities and the services, location and room were impeccable. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Venice beach is a good 45 min walk away on a bustling walkway as well.
